Returns.

Due to the nature of our products, the use it will be put to and the hygenic implications arising from this (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations act 2000), we are unable to accept the return of all pillows, mattress toppers, mattress protectors or any other sundry products likely to be used against the naked skin.           

 

Faulty goods.

If you suspect the goods you have purchased to be faulty please contact the us within the manufacturers specified guarantee or warranty period starting from the original delivery date and we will arrange to call and inspect your goods. If after inspection and confirmation of any fault by us or the manufacturer, we confirm your items to be faulty we would then offer to repair or replace the product on a like for like basis.

Guarantees and warrantees.

For more information about your guarantee or warranty please refer to the individual manufacturers terms and conditions you would have recieved with your goods, which do vary.
